A project is a time-limited endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result. It is time-limited because it has a defined beginning and end. Thus, it also has a defined scope as well as defined resources.

Inconsult offers holistic project management and thus ensures the success of your projects. We make this possible through:

System Implementation

Data Migration
Computer systems are often complex components in the information technology infrastructure of a company. In the course of operating such systems, for example DMS, a number of changes may become necessary:
- Integration of data from a third-party system
- Outsourcing of data to a third-party system
- Change of system version
- Change of hardware and/or operating system
- Merging or separation of repositories
These different migration scenarios are often interrelated and cannot be strictly separated from each other. Inconsult helps you as a comprehensive service partner to carry out the data migration. We take into account a number of boundary conditions when planning the migration, which are necessary due to the complexity of the systems described above.
Migration preparation
In preparation for the migration, Inconsult evaluates the existing environment precisely. This includes the hardware and software used, the number of users and the quantity structures of the data stock. This gives us a precise overview of the existing data and allows us to target the planning with the requirements for the new system.
Regular exchange
As a rule, complex systems contain business-critical data. Thus, the time window available for a migration must be carefully coordinated. Inconsult designs the process openly and informs the customer regularly about the status of the system, so that users are involved at an early stage and are also informed in good time about the expected restrictions.
Migration completion
At the conclusion of a migration, Inconsult provides proof together with the customer that:
- The data is complete
- The data is consistent
- The desired functionality is given
In the event that the tests do not lead to the planned result, appropriate measures are taken, such as restoring the initial state, to ensure that the users' ability to work and the integrity of the data are guaranteed.
